Job Responsibilities
At Posti Logistics Staffing, we are looking for an experienced setter for injection molding production in Jönköping on behalf of our client. The client is in an expansion phase and offers a modern and technologically advanced production environment.
As a setter, you will be responsible for ensuring stable and efficient production in the injection molding machines. You will work closely with production to guarantee that the right product reaches the customer – on time and with the right quality.
Responsibilities may include:
- Tool changes and settings of injection molding machines
- Startup, operation, and monitoring according to production orders
- Troubleshooting and correction during operational disruptions
- Programming and adjustment of robots connected to the machines
Night and evening work may occur.
Your Profile
To fit into this role, we believe you are a meticulous, responsible person who enjoys working in a team where quality and improvement are the focus.
We also believe you have previous experience in setting work within injection molding, a good understanding of plastic materials, and the ability to analyze and solve technical problems.
If you have any technical education in plastic production or maintenance technology, this is an advantage.
